Recipe of September: Spicy pizza dough

The holidays are over. Most of us have to go back to work again. But the holiday has inspired us. That is why spicy pizza dough is recipe of September.

Preparation

Pour the warm water into a bowl and add honey and the yeast. Let this rest for 10 minutes. Put the oregano, basil, rosemary, whole weed flower, corn flower, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the warm water and honey, tomato sauce, olive oil and mould the dough for eight minutes until it is elastic. Put the dough in a bowl which is lightly oiled up. Cover the bowl with a wet towel and let the dough rise for an hour. Pre-heat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius.

Beat the air out of the dough while turning it on a surface with flower. Divide the dough into two equal pieces and let it rest for about ten minutes. Flatten the dough and add pizza sauce and other stuffing. Bake the pizza in twelve minutes.
